 \nPanelists\nKaiyee Tay — UX Lead & Manager\, Google Singapore\nKaiyee is 
 a Singapore-based design leader\, illustrator\, and art director with over
  15 years in digital design. A Central Saint Martins alumnus\, he has spen
 t more than a decade at Google shaping localized experiences\, leading his
  team to create the widely successful ‘Huat Pals’ campaign\, running stron
 g for 6 years. Fueled by a passion for imaginative worlds and creative des
 ign\, he's launched Creature Feature\, an independent trading card project
  exploring character design and gaming accessories.\n\nMeredith Chan — Pro
 duct Leader (Finance Cluster)\, GovTech Singapore\nMeredith leads digital 
 product strategy across Singapore's Ministry of Finance and its agencies\,
  overseeing a portfolio of high-impact government products from conception
  to delivery. Beyond building products\, she builds people\, scaling and m
 entoring teams of product managers driving digital innovation in the publi
 c sector. She brings a rare lens that sits at the intersection of technolo
 gy\, finance\, and government service design.\n\nPrasanth Kumaar — Senior 
 Product Designer\, Open Government Products\nPrasanth is a design lead wit
 hin OGP’s Secure Government Communications team. His work spans acrosss se
 cure messaging\, verified calls and authenticated letters\, with a focus o
 n tackling government impersonation scams. He shapes both officer-facing t
 ools and public communications. Adopting a builder’s mindset\, he creates 
 prototypes and tools to test assumptions early\, using evidence to validat
 e product direction and policy decisions.\nNatalie Mae Tan — Senior Produc
 t Designer\, Open Government Products\nNatalie's Atlas team oversees resou
 rcing\, performance\, and finance within OGP through an organisational dev
 elopment lens\, reimagining the structures and processes that shape how go
 vernment tech organisations run. She sees herself as a translation layer b
 etween current and future states\, understanding why today's processes exi
 st to build the shared language that aligns where things are with where th
 ey need to go.\n\nPhotographs and videos may be taken at this event for do
