 mpany.\nPanelists\nDavina Lennard-AlladiceDavina Lennard-Alladice is a Sen
 ior Product Design Manager at Spotify\, where she leads design for In-Home
  Experiences across TV and Desktop platforms. With 25+ years in the indust
 ry\, she's held design leadership roles at Meta\, Audible\, Discovery\, an
 d HBO\, working across product\, content\, and platform experiences at eve
 ry stop. She started her career designing magazines\, and that print-era o
 bsession with craft and detail followed her into digital. Davina is driven
  by the belief that great products come from empowered teams\, and that ex
 perience quality is the thing competitors can't copy. When she's not think
 ing about cross-platform design strategy\, she's hanging with her husband\
 , two kids and dog\, collecting sneakers\, or making a case that listening
  to Beyoncé and Bad Bunny is the answer to most problems.\nMareike Carolin
  KellerMareike is a Product Designer at Spotify\, where she's worked on th
 e core consumer experience across Home\, Browse\, and social experiences\,
  shaping how millions of users decide what to play next. Her work includes
  launching Spotify's first Author Pages\, Spotify Reserved\, designing sys
 tems that power upcoming release discovery\, and more recently building ex
 periences that combine human judgment and AI\, such as an artwork system f
 or Spotify's prompted playlists. Trained in experimental psychology at Col
 umbia University after a brief stint as a flight attendant\, she began her
  career in cognitive science and human-computer interaction research befor
 e moving into roles at Google (YouTube)\, Blizzard Entertainment\, and var
 ious early-stage startups. Today\, she is recognized across the industry f
 or translating complex ideas about human decision-making into intuitive\, 
 culturally impactful digital experiences.\nKyla WindleyKyla Windley is a P
 roduct Designer at Spotify\, where she designs for Spotify for Artists and
  Music Expression. Her most recent launch was the Verified by Spotify badg
 e. She built her design foundation as a Product Design major at Stanford a
 s well as interning at companies such as Meta\, Microsoft\, and Nasdaq\, w
 orking across healthcare\, sports betting\, and e-commerce experiences. In
  addition to Product Design\, Kyla has a strong interest in learning about
  the music industry overall\; she has experience as a Product Manager at a
  record label and artist management company\, planning music festivals and
  concerts\, and DJing many parties and events throughout her college years
 . During her free time\, you can find Kyla knitting\, at a concert\, discu
 ssing the psychology of Love Island\, or on a very long walk.\nWho this is
