 ath speed rounds to strip away the noise and just be present with someone

 \nBrian Lamy is a breathwork facilitator\, therapist\, and sober gay man c
 reating experiences for queer men to deepen their connection and belonging
  to themselves and each other.\nZāR is a New York series of gatherings roo
 ted in ritual\, rhythm\, and release\, inspired by a centuries-old musical
  and communal tradition that has traveled across the Middle East\, continu
 ously evolving with every generation it touched. ZāR turns the dance floor
  into a space for connection as much as movement.\nOthership guides will l
 ead us through breathwork\, ice baths\, and connection moments throughout
