 erators\, coaches\, and facilitators\, and we kept seeing the same thing:\
 nPeople are disconnected\, disengaged\, and depleted.\nThe usual solutions
  keep missing something - permission to leave work at the door and engage 
 in real\, roving\, participatory play.\nSo we wanted to do something about
  that.\nNot Your Average Happy Hour is a 90-minute facilitated experience 
 built around play\, creativity\, and real connection. It’s a reimagining o
 f what a happy hour could be - connected\, engaging\, and actually fun.\n🍹
  There will be drinks - but not in the way you’re expecting.\n🫱🏽‍🫲🏾 There 
 will be connecting - but not in a stiff\, networking way.\n👩🏻‍🏫 There will
  be learning - but not your usual stuffy panel.\nWe’ve been working on thi
 s together for six months! This is its first preview - and we're excited t
 o give you a live look at what we’re building to bring to workplaces\, con
 ferences\, and offsites.\nYou’re invited because you’re someone whose opin
 ion we genuinely respect as a culture shaper\, a community builder\, a fel
 low human who is invested in connection and growth. You’re who we want in 
 the room first.\nLight bites and bevs included!\nThe evening:\nDoors open 
 6:00\, arrive\, grab a drink\, mingle\nDOORS CLOSE at 6:30 - first come fi
 rst serve!\nAt 6:30 your 90-minute experience begins\nWe'll end the experi
 ence at 8 PM - you're welcome to stay around and hang with us!\nA few thin

 ount for the beautiful chaos of NYC life — but physical space is capped at
  50. The first 50 people through the door get in\, full stop. Whether you
