nclusive UX for Dual-User Experiences\nby Daniela Ocana\nMany digital prod
ucts aren’t designed for just one person\, they’re designed for relationsh
ips. Whether it’s parents and children\, patients and providers\, or teach
ers and students\, the experience depends on meeting the needs of multiple
users with different goals.\nDrawing from my experience as a UX Researche
 r at NaviRae\, I’ll share how designing a dual-user experience challenged
traditional design thinking and reinforced the importance of inclusive res
earch. Rather than focusing on a single case study\, this talk will explor
e practical UX principles for designing products that create meaningful ex
periences for interconnected users. Attendees will leave with actionable s
trategies for conducting more inclusive research\, balancing competing use
r needs\, and designing products that work for the people who use them tog
ether.\nDaniela Ocana is a UX Researcher and Designer passionate about cre
ating inclusive\, human-centered digital experiences. Her work spans UX re
search\, interaction design\, and accessibility\, with experience designin
g products that support meaningful interactions between children and paren
ts. She enjoys translating research insights into thoughtful product decis
ions that make technology more intuitive\, equitable\, and impactful.\nLin
