 shared\, so we’re taking our newsletter off-screen and bringing it to the 
 dinner table.\nThe next edition takes place at Holy Carrot in Spitalfields
 \, centred around the theme Moving Slowly.\nThe menu reflects that spirit\
 , with fermentation and vegetable-led cooking at its core. Head chef Danie
 l Watkins celebrates the power of seasonal produce\, working with small-sc
 ale growers to source fresh\, organic ingredients and allowing what’s avai
 lable\, not what’s expected\, to shape each dish.\nFunctioning as a live e
 xtension of the Service95 newsletter\, Dinner Service offers the chance to
  step away from the screen and into real conversations. You’ll dine alongs
 ide the writers\, contributors and creatives behind the issue\, with discu
 ssion around Moving Slowly unfolding throughout the evening.\nBecause cult
