  around horses before or this is your first time\, this experience is desi

  Should Attend:\nYoung women who are high school seniors\, college student
 s\, recent graduates\, or early-career professionals interested in leaders
 hip\, mentorship\, and community. Mentors are also welcome to attend.\nWha
 t to Wear:\nPlease dress comfortably for an outdoor afternoon at the ranch
 . We recommend:\nClosed-toe shoes or boots (required)\nComfortable jeans\,
  leggings\, or athletic pants\nA breathable T-shirt or lightweight top\nA 
 light jacket or sweatshirt\, depending on the weather\nSunscreen\, sunglas
 ses\, and a hat are encouraged\nPlease avoid sandals\, flip-flops\, or hig
 h heels.\nWhat to Expect:\nThis is a beginner-friendly experience—no prior
  horseback riding experience is necessary.\nParticipants will have the opp
 ortunity to learn about horses\, interact with them\, and receive introduc
 tory riding instruction from the ranch team.\nSafety Information:\nPartici
 pant safety is our highest priority.\nAll riding instruction and horse int
 eractions will be led by experienced ranch staff. Guests are expected to f
 ollow all safety instructions provided throughout the event.\nIf a partici
 pant waiver is required by the ranch\, it will be provided prior to the ev
 ent or upon arrival.\nAccessibility & Transportation:\nThis event takes pl
 ace outside of Chicago. Participants are responsible for arranging their o
