 wn local answer to that question — not a hackathon for its own sake\, but 
 a working session grounded in what the room actually told us. People descr
 ibed getting time back for creative work\, and the same speed showing up a
 s pressure on everyone. They talked about judgment becoming the scarce res
 ource once execution gets cheap\, about trusting (and checking) what the m
 odel hands back\, and about who gets left behind as access to these tools 
 becomes its own kind of gap. We're picking up those threads and building s
