This area is one of the most important wetlands in Cataloni a: a calm landscape full of riverside vegetation\, birds and wildlife.\nDu ring the kayak route\, we’ll paddle towards the natural area of Illa de Ca ramany\, with time to enjoy the river and take a refreshing swim.\nAfter t he kayak\, we’ll rest\, eat something and then choose the best hiking opti on depending on timing\, weather and the energy of the group.\nThe main pl an is an easy walk through the Aiguamolls\, with birdwatching areas where it is often possible to see pink flamingos if we're lucky.\nAnother possib le option is a beautiful coastal hike around L’Escala / Cala Montgó\, with sea views\, rocky coves and viewpoints.\n\n🚦Difficulty level\n🛶 Kayak: ar ound 2h paddling route\nDifficulty: Easy Suitable for everyone.
