 is a not-for-profit educational organization whose mission is to help peop
 le develop their communication skills. There are no instructors or profess
 ors and there are no tests or grading. A Toastmasters Club consists of 10 
 to 20 people who meet weekly throughout the year. Typically\, the agenda o
 f the club meeting has 3 major sections:\n\n1. Prepared Speeches\nThe club
  member comes prepared to deliver his speech. This is a project speech & i
 s towards certification.\nThe best speaker is chosen by the audience. 2. S
 peech Evaluation\nAn evaluator is assigned to each speaker & a 2 - 3 minut
 e evaluation on what went well & areas of improvement is shared in a const
 ructive manner.\n2. Table Topics\nThis is an extempore speaking round. The
  table topic master will come prepared with 5-6 topics. Volunteers from th
 e audience will come up & speak on the topic for 2-3 minutes.\n\nEvery mee
 ting has the above sessions\, as well as role players such as Grammarian\,
  Timer\, Ah-counter & General Evaluator.The members take turns to perform 
 each of these roles which helps them enhance Leadership skills.\n\nAs a re
 sult of joining Toastmasters and actively taking part\, you will: Learn to
  communicate more effectively.\nBecome a better listener.\nImprove your pr
