 nPlease note that we don't organise oversized events. The maximum capacity

 nt fee not ¥500?\n- We now need to cover the costs to rent rooms. You save
  money by not paying ¥500+ for a cafe drink. You can bring your own from a
  vending machine or convenience store. but please make sure you take all o
 f your garbage home with you.\n\nThere will be a language exchange event p
 rior to the games event. You can join both events for a total fee of ¥1500
