 ction to poetry as a way of noticing\, expressing\, and shaping experience
  through language. We’ll explore some of the basic building blocks of poet
 ry\, including line\, stanza\, rhythm\, rhyme\, and figures of speech. Not
  as rigid rules\, but as tools that help language carry feeling\, image\, 
 and meaning.\n\nCurious about where/how to publish your poems? We'll also 
 give tips on where to start publishing/submitting your work online.\n---\n
