 rs Amsterdam (stadionplein 18) is a great opportunity for that. No experie
 nce is required\, the host focuses on helping beginners learn to climb. Ex
 perienced climbers are also more then welcome to join. After 1.5-2 hours y
 ou will be too tired to climb more and we will socialise by having a drink
  and snacks at the bar on location. those registered with the meet up get 
 20%discount on drinks.\n\nplease unregister if you can't make it. we have 
 had a few times people where on the waiting list and didn't come. if you u
 nregister then they get a spot\n\nWe have a core group of people who are a
 lways there for the meet up and we always welcome new people. So if you wa
 nt to meet some new people\, come join us. Day passes can be bought at the
  gym.\n\nWhat to bring:\n\nclimbing shoes (or free to hire for beginners w
 hen joining through this meet up)\nsport clothes (in winter it can be cold
  to begin with but you will easily warm up after a few climbs)\nwater bott
 le\n\nWe will gather inside the climbing hall. If you arrive late\, just g
 o inside and ask at the register for the meet up and where the host is.\nR
