 sts of Sintra before the summer heat sets in.\n\nWe'll take the train toge
 ther from Sete Rios and follow a scenic route through woodland trails\, vi
 ewpoints and some of Sintra's most beautiful natural surroundings. This is
  a social hike designed to help members get to know each other while enjoy
 ing nature and getting some gentle exercise.\n\nDetails\n📍 Meet: Sete Rios

 8–10 km\n⛰️ Difficulty: Moderate\n🕐 Finish: Around 13:00 in Sintra\n\nAfte

 intra's beautiful gardens and palaces\, or enjoy a picnic in one of the to
