 o get some exercise. Every second Saturday of the month\, North Brisbane S
 ocial Activities will have monthly hikes that will alternate between Mt Co
 ot-tha & Mt Ngungun.\n\nWHAT WE WILL DO.\n\nAt 9:30am we will meet at the 
 JC Slaughter Falls carpark near the toilet block (on Google Maps you can f
 ind it by putting in loop start). The organiser will be wearing a black ca
 p and white shirt. Once we've waited for any late arrivals\, we will then 
 start hiking towards the lookout at 9:45am. After we've hiked to the looko
 ut\, we can get some food from the cafe and then make our way back down.\n
 \nI will be there 10-20 minutes early before 9:30am so feel free to come e
 xtra early if you like. To account for traffic\, I recommend leaving your 
 place early to avoid being too late. If you do arrive late\, you can simpl
 y catch up with us at the lookout.\n\nThe hike is fairly easy and straight
  forward with no rock walls but does require a decent level of fitness.\n\
 nTHINGS TO REMEMBER.\n\nA car.\nGoogle Maps to help you find your way to t
 he loop start at JC Slaughter Falls carpark. It's not the easiest place to
  find for first timers.\nWater.\nPunctuality.\nNo shows will get a strike.
