 nWe’ve created a list of FAQs to help answer your questions.\n\n\n\nThere 
 are never enough colours in our happy world – so this time we're adding a 
 touch of pure Roman magic: Lavender! This weekend\, we're visiting a famil
 y-run farm near the village of Snowshill (or “Snozell” as the locals say i
 t) – supposedly so named because snow arrives here sooner\, and lingers lo
 nger\, than anywhere else in the Cotswolds.\n\nLavender growing started he
 re back in 1999. The lavender loves the free-draining limestone soils 1\,0
 00 feet above sea level\, giving the best growing conditions for the pures
 t English Lavender Essential Oils. At the peak of the summer sunshine\, th
 e lavender is harvested and distilled by traditional methods and aged for 
 a year before use. We're going to enjoy beautiful lavender fields and wild
 flowers in all their glory and take many amazing pictures. And of course\,
  no visit would be complete without picking up some lavender gifts for fri
 ends and loved ones\, or sampling the lavender-themed treats!\n\nFrom the 
 farm\, we'll set off on a beautiful\, undulating rural walk through pleasa
 nt woodlands and across the green pastures of the Cotswold valleys and hil
 ls. This route takes in four picture-postcard villages – Snowshill\, Stant
 on\, Stanway and Broadway – and climbs to the crest of the Cotswold escarp
 ment. After the hike\, you'll have time to explore Broadway (known as the 
 “Jewel of the Cotswolds”) and enjoy a well-deserved pint at the pub!\n\nDI

 bus.\n\nFOOD\n\nWe'll stop for a snack lunch halfway through the hike. Ple
