 r play: Aggressive or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated (on o
 r off the field)\nShots must be taken below the waist. Any shots taken abo
 ve the waist will not count as goals.\nMen may not defend until a woman ha
 s touched the ball three times. Women may defend against other women!\nGoa
 ls scored by women are worth 2 points. Please be sure to pass the ball to 
 the women actively!\nGoalkeepers must be substituted every 2 minutes. Wome
 n do not have to play goalkeeper!\n\n🎒 What to Bring\nAstro turf or futsal
  shoes (trainers/sneakers are OK - NO studs or spikes)\nComfortable sports
