 stricted to club members who have paid $15 for a 12-month membership. Howe
 ver\, if you would like to try one or two walks before committing yourself
  to a paid membership\, you do have that option. (You’d still need to pay

 gh the number of attendees indicated on this page may appear low\, be assu
 red that you will be walking with many club members who have not RSVP’d. W
 e rarely have fewer than 15 participants at any of our walks.\n\nROUTE DES
 CRIPTION:\nThis walk will go along English Bay\, up the stairs to Ferguson
  Point past the Teahouse Restaurant. We will then walk along several trail
 s in the old growth forests where you will see some of the oldest trees in
  the park. Return via the Seawall going clockwise to Coal Harbour.\nThere 
 are two 5K routes: (i) mostly around the east side of the Seawall and back
  via the Rose Garden (ii) trails to Beaver Lake\, then the Aquarium and ba
 ck via the Seawall.\n\nWalkers will register (sign in) at the start point 
 between 9:30 am and 9:55 am. The walk will start at 10:00 am sharp. Please
  be on time\; we do not wait for latecomers.\n\nImmediately following the 
 walk\, you may wish to join some of your fellow club members at the nearby
  lunch venue.\n\nNOTE: Once you have RSVP’d\, our Meetup site will always 
 show your status as “Unpaid”. This is not a cause for concern. The $1.00 p
 articipation fee for the walk is paid at the start point and to save us so
 me work\, we will not be recording on Meetup that you have paid it.\n\nIf
