  way to stay consistent with your running? Join us for the "Sumida Strider
 s" community run!\n\nWe are a local group based in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa\, we
 lcoming runners of all levels who want to enjoy the fresh air along the Su
 mida River. We are all about building healthy habits\, enjoying the scener
 y\, and making some friends in the neighborhood.\n\nThe Plan:\n7:00 PM: Me
 et up at the North East corner of Kiyosumi Park near Kiyosumi Gardens (htt
 ps://maps.app.goo.gl/NuhGYPvFJw9z4urB6) just a few minute walk from Kiyosu
 mi-Shirakawa Station. This is our time to gather\, stretch\, and meet new 
 people.\n\n7:15 PM: Run departs promptly! We’ll head out for a scenic 5k j
 og along the Sumida River Terrace. We keep a comfortable\, conversational 
 pace—no one gets left behind.\n\nPost-Run (Optional): Once we wrap up\, we
  can grab a bite to eat together at a local restaurant!\n\nWhat to bring:\
 nComfortable running shoes and clothes.\nLights for visibility\nWater/hydr
 ation.\nMoney for food!\n\nGood vibes!\n\nAbout the pace:\nWe settle into 
 a pace that everyone can comfortably follow - no one gets left behind (typ
 ically about 12 minutes per mile or 7:30 per km). If you're a fast runner\
 , you're free to jog ahead!\n\nWhether you’ve never run a 5k or you’re a s
 easoned pro looking for a social group to jog with\, you are welcome to "j
 oin the drift" with us.
