 ple with social anxiety and this free event is for anyone who wants to bui
 ld more confidence\, make new connections and enjoy themselves.\n\nOver th
 e years running events several people have mentioned public speaking as on
 e of their biggest social fears and I know it's one of the best ways to bu
 ild confidence with people. Since we're forecasted to have great weather\,
  I think it's the perfect opportunity to pick a nice chilled green spot in
  Cannon Hill park and practice public speaking in a group :)\n\nDepending 
 on the group size I will organise the event so that everyone gets the chan
 ce to practice public speaking if they feel up to it.\n\nSince it's a big 
 park we can meet in the outdoor seated area of the Midlands Arts Centre\, 
 which is on the opposite side of the long rectangular car park\, at 1pm an
 d we can set off from there at around 10 past to find a suitable place in 
 the park!\n\nI appreciate there are different levels of social anxiety so 
 I will do my best to create a non-judgmental space where everyone feels we
 lcome\, included in the group and has the opportunity to speak. This is im
 portant as the only way I know to build true confidence is through real ex
 perience of opening up and expressing yourself honestly to prove to yourse
 lf that you are safe to express yourself.\n\nIf this event sounds like one
