  people going\n\nWalk length 8miles/13 km approx. Circular.\n\nA chance to
  explore a section of the North Downs with panoramic views from the summit
  of Box Hill and exploring Box Hill Country Park.\n\nThe walk follows a pa
 rt of the North Downs Way\, a long distance footpath of 156 miles long run
 ning along the chalk ridge of the North Downs.\n\nTHIS HIKE IS SHORT IN LE
 NGTH BUT UNDULATING AND DOES CONTAIN SOME HILL CLIMBS ESPECIALLY UP TO BOX
  HILL.\n\nAs this is an afternoon walk we will only be be stopping for a s
 hort early snack stop close to the visitor centre at Box Hill.\n\nThe walk
  should finish at about 6.00pm but maybe slightly earlier or later\, howev
 er time will depend on the weather and pace.\n\nCost\n\nWalk Cost: £5 cash

 in station to get the 12.41pm train arriving at Dorking main rail station

 official meeting point symbol directly opposite the Upper Crust shop & the
  Gatwick Express entrance close to platform 13 & 14 (see photo below).\n\n
