 nd open to everyone! For three years\, the DTLA Chess Club has been meetin
 g at the Il Cafe\, a lovely coffee shop with food and beverage options. (t
 hey also have beer/wine) As this event is held on the outside patio\, on s
 treet level\, dress appropriate for the weather. It is a fantastic and fri
 endly group that has the feel of the famous New York Central Park chess sc
 ene. You may even be lucky to meet some celebrity chess players!\nDrop in 
 whenever\, grab some games\, and enjoy the beautiful Downtown architecture
 !\n\nOther Notes:\n-If it is raining\, or incredibly windy\, the DTLA Ches
 s Club will be cancelled automatically\, regardless if we remember to upda
 te meetup.\n-This club has seasonal tournaments\, and will be announcing s
 pecial events\, which are planned to occur once a month on Friday evenings
