  Everything was happening so fast: thinking\, listening\, building the sto
 ry. I was doing improv — but I wasn’t always acting.\nWhat I later realise
 d is that improvisation doesn’t replace acting. It needs it. Acting is wha
 t allows you to captivate yourself first — and then the audience.”\n\nThis
  workshop is created to help improvisers connect or reconnect with acting 
 and integrate solid acting foundations into their improvisation practice.\
 n\nConcept & structure\nThis is a 6-session workshop\, designed as a progr
 essive journey.\nSessions take place two-Thursdays per month\, and registr
 ation is for the full cycle of six sessions\, as each session builds on th
 e previous one. The goal is to support your development step by step\, ove
 r time.\nBy the end of the workshop\, you will leave with clear acting too
 ls you can directly implement in your improvisations\, helping you move fr
 om “improviser” to fully grounded actor on stage.\n\nWhat you will work on
 \nThroughout the sessions\, you will explore acting through three main len
 ses:\n1. Stage Dynamics\n\nUsing stage rules in a way that feels natural a
 nd believable for the audience\nUnderstanding space\, movement\, scenic co
 mposition\, staging and blocking\nCreating scenes that are clear\, alive a
 nd engaging\n\n2. Stage presence\n\nAnchoring and physical presence\nVoice
  and breath\nDiscovering your natural stage personality\nBuilding from who
  you are before adding layers of character\n\n3. Emotions & character work
 \n\nEmotional truth and intensity\nCharacter work rooted in authenticity\n
 Transposing real-life experiences into theatrical play\nHow to engage the 
 audience with your acting\n\nApproach & methodology\nSessions aim to help 
 you first feel yourself on stage\, have fun\, and understand how your own 
 personality already contains strong acting material. From there\, we gradu
 ally add layers: character\, emotions\, intensity\, and intention.\nYou wi
 ll work with concrete acting tools inspired by Stanislavski\, Chekhov\, bi
 odynamic approaches etc.\nThroughout the workshop\, we will constantly and
  simultaneously work on:\n\nYour relationship to yourself\nYour relationsh
 ip to other actors\nYour relationship to the audience\n\nA safe\, supporti
 ve learning space\nThis workshop is rooted in benevolence and trust. The a
 im is to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore vulnerabilit
 y\, take risks\, and push beyond your comfort zone — while staying grounde
 d and supported.\nA strong feedback culture is central to the workshop. Yo
 u will receive extensive\, constructive feedback throughout the sessions\,
  as well as concrete tools to improve your acting based on your individual
  strengths and areas for development.\nEven within a group structure\, the
  goal is to offer personalised guidance. Group size will be kept intention
 ally limited to allow each participant to grow and shine.\n\nThe ultimate 
 goal\nTo discover how good acting can be liberating.\nTo dig deeper\, embr
 ace vulnerability\, and find the way you shine on stage — not by adding mo
 re tricks\, but by becoming more truthful\, present\, and fully alive in y

 ence in theatre and improvisation. Trained in classical and contemporary t
 heatre\, she has worked across a wide range of forms\, from ensemble work 
 to a recent two-hander performance. She focuses on character work\, emotio
 nal truth and stage presence\, offering concrete tools to help improvisers
  understand their choices on stage and develop stronger\, more truthful pe
 rformances\, deepening their connection to themselves\, to fellow actors\,
  and to the audience. Lea is also a pillar member of the French Improv Gro
 up\; Les Bavards Rois.
