 uild momentum in your life alongside other men doing the same.\nYou don’t 
 need to have everything figured out.\nYou just need to be willing to show

 guys.\n7:00 PM — Opening + Introductions\nShort round of introductions and
  intention-setting.\n7:25 PM — Grounding\nA short meditation to get presen
 t and out of “surface-level mode.”\n7:40 PM — Group Share\nEach man shares
  what’s currently going on in his life and where he feels stuck or challen
 ged.\n8:20 PM — Movement Reset\nLight movement and stretching to reset ene
 rgy.\n8:30 PM — Breakout Sessions\nSmall groups (2–3 men) for deeper shari
 ng\, reflection\, and connection.\n9:15 PM — Closing Circle\nFinal reflect
