 Throughout life\, we learn to protect ourselves from rejection\, failure\,
  loss\, and disappointment. Without realizing it\, these defense mechanism
 s can end up distancing us from what we need most: connecting with ourselv
 es and with others.  \n\nIn this participatory experience\, we will discov
 er how fear shapes the way we think\, feel\, and act\, and we will explore
  love not as a romantic sentiment\, but as a courageous attitude toward li
 fe.  \nThrough a combination of psychology\, philosophy\, and practical dy
 namics\, we will experience a morning of reflection\, participation\, and 
 personal discovery in a warm\, respectful\, and enriching environment.  \n
 \nDuring the gathering\, we will address questions such as:  \nWhat fears 
 rule our lives without us even being aware of them?  \nWhy does loving req
 uire more courage than protecting oneself?  \nHow can we learn to relate b
 etter to ourselves and to those around us?  \nWhat small step can we take 
 today to live with greater authenticity?  \n\nThe session will be led by E
 dward Martin\, who will offer the conceptual framework and reflection\, an
 d Judi Calman\, who will facilitate a series of dynamics and experiential 
 exercises to transform ideas into experiences.  \nThis is not your average
  lecture.  \nIt is an experience to think\, feel\, share\, and train one o
 f the most important skills in life.  \nBecause perhaps the greatest risk 
 is not loving too much.  \nPerhaps the greatest risk is reaching the end o
 f the road with the feeling of not having loved enough... or of not having
