 l evento es en un ambiente de respeto\, coordialidad y apertura\, donde lo
  importante es ayudarnos mutuamente a mejorar nuestros idiomas\, además de
  conocer gente nueva\, hacer amigos y pasar un rato agradable.\nEl lugar d
 e la reunión es en el Waves Coffee House de 900 Howe St 100\, Vancouver\, 
 BC V6Z 2M4 (Smithe St & Howe St) a las 6pm en punto. Llega unos minutos an

 ~~~~\nThis is a language exchange between English speakers and Spanish spe
 akers\, we speak 1 hour in Spanish and 1 hour in English. The table ratio 
 is 1-1\, 2-1\, or 3-1 depending on attendance.\nThe event is in an atmosph
 ere of respect\, cordiality and openness\, where the important thing is to
  help each other improve our languages\, in addition to meeting new people
 \, making friends and having a good time.\nThe meeting place is at Waves C
 offee House at 900 Howe St 100\, Vancouver\, BC V6Z 2M4 (Smithe St & Howe 
 St) at 6pm sharp. Come a few minutes early to be paired with a practice pa
 rtner.\nIMPORTANT EVENT RULES:\n\nLEVEL: A minimum level is required to ma
 intain a fluent conversation. Inform the host of your level.\nBALANCE: Pra
 ctice both languages equally (one hour each).\nSENSITIVITY: Avoid uncomfor
 table or controversial topics. Respect cultural differences.\nCORRECTION: 
 Correct each other respectfully and explain unknown words.\nENGAGEMENT: Ar
 rive on time\, participate actively\, and help others.\nCONDUCT: This is n
 ot a dating group. Inappropriate behavior is not tolerated.\nSUPPORT: Cons
 ume at least one drink at Waves Coffee to maintain the space they kindly l
