 Let's have dinner at MITA. They serve a vegetable forward cuisine with a L
 atin American flair and their menu is free of animal products. MITA receiv
 ed a Michelin star in 2025.\n\nRW dinner cost at MITA is $65 (this does no
 t include drinks\, taxes\, or tip). Enjoy a special 3-course menu crafted 
 by Chefs Miguel Guerra & Tatiana Mora. MITA has not posted their RW menu y
 et\, but to have an idea of the type of dish they serve go to their websit
 e and explore they menu.\n\nIMPORTANT INFORMATION:\n\nCASH only.\nOnly sig
 n up if you can commit.\nDo not sign up if you are a maybe.\nDo not sign u
 p if you were a no show or canceled at the last minute in 2026 for one of 
 my events.\nIf your plans change\, update your RSVP even if you are in the
  Waitlist.\nIndividuals that don't show or cancel in the last 24 hours wil
 l not be able to join future events organized by me in 2026.\nFour days be
