  people going\n\nJoin us every Tuesday evening at 18:15 for a collaborativ
 e\, social run starting at the corner of Bruntsfield Place and Bruntsfield
  Terrace - just by the Links.\n(See the map for exact location\, we meet n
 ear the police box coffee stand/ public toilets)\n\nEach week we head out 
 on a run of between 6 and 10km. Routes vary and include a mix of roads\, t
 rails\, hills and flats. Some routes are through the city and some are mor
 e suburban.\n\nThese runs usually take place at a fairly accessible speed 
 (6:00 - 6:30m/km)\, though there's no structured pace\, and are more about
  social connection and wellbeing than they are about achieving a personal 
 best. While this is a very inclusive group\, a reasonable level of fitness
  is required and participants are responsible for their own fitness.\n\nJi
 ll who usually suggests our routes is a Jog Scotland run leader. It is imp

 ree to do).\n\nPlease sign up on Meet Up if you are planning to come. We u
 sually have 10-15 people each Tuesday\, so don't be put off if it looks as
  though not many people are signed up.\n\nAll runners attending these even
 ts are running entirely at their own risk. Please do carry a phone and eme
 rgency contact details with you if you come along.\n\nYou'll see that we a
