 ete the meal.\nChao Tar Bee Hoon\nLiterally\, Chao Tar Bee Hoon means “bur
 nt rice vermicelli” but this dish is tastier than it sounds. Noodles stir-
 fried with prawns\, pork slices\, fish cake\, green vegetables. and egg\, 
 then pressed in the wok until the outside is crispy but still moist on the
  inside.\nSang Har Meen\nSang Har Meen is an iconic Malaysian Chinese dish
  featuring crispy egg noodles topped with freshwater prawns in a rich\, ve
 lvety and savory gravy made by extracting the flavorful juices from prawn 
 heads\, then thickened with egg and starch so it gently clings to the nood
 les.\nDaan Tat / HK-style Egg Tart\nDaan Tat\, the traditional HK-style li
 ght\, flaky\, buttery and fragrant pastry that compliments a deliciously s
