 s of LGBTQ+ people.\n\nWHAT TO EXPECT:\n\nAttendees participate in a shari
 ng circle where people discuss issues\, ask questions\, offer personal exp
 eriences\, suggest advice and solutions\, etc. Attendees have different jo
 urneys and experiences\, which makes for a large fount of useful and benef
 icial information\, tips\, and advice. You may participate in the discussi
 on\, or just observe: whatever you feel comfortable doing.\n\nEvery meetin
 g is different and you will probably find the discussion interesting. You 
 will feel a sense of being connected to others as they share and discuss i
 ssues. The discussion is moderated by a facilitator to ensure fairness and
  to meet the needs of all the attendees. Topics vary by month and by meeti
 ng depending upon the needs of those who attend. New attendees almost univ
 ersally feel very glad that they attended our support groups.\n\nWhile our
  support groups are for the LGBTQiA+ community and their loved ones and al
 lies\, we would also like to encourage significant others of transgender a
 nd gender diverse loved ones to join our support groups.\n\nWe gather at 6
 :45 pm. We starts at 7:00 pm. The support group ends at around 8:30 pm.\n\
 nNOTE: even though many of our support group meetings are held in churches
 \, PFLAG Austin is agnostic with respect to religion. We do not endorse no
 r discuss religion in our support groups.\n\nABOUT PFLAG AUSTIN: we are a 
 chapter of a national non-profit organization that provides free\, confide
 ntial support groups for Austin\, Texas area LGBTQ persons\, along with th
 eir family and friends. If you\, or someone you care about\, has come out
