 t 11:00 - 13:30 with Jasmine\nThis workshop consists of a 60-minute (begin
 ner-friendly) Yin Yang yoga class run by the brilliant Jasmine Brand-Willi
 amson followed by 75-minutes of life drawing with Hugo from Drawing Life. 
 There will also be breaks and refreshments.\nStretch and Sketch encourages
  you to capture the shapes that the body creates after embodying them duri
 ng your practice. Yoga Asana (postures) consists of shapes that are intere
 sting and enjoyable to draw. Both yoga and life drawing are meditative and
  help you to relax and notice the present moment. Our event is open to eve
 ryone - no yoga or drawing experience is required.\n\nWhat to expect?\n11:
 00 - Yin Yang yoga class\n12:15 - Life drawing (including a short break fo
 r tea and snacks)\n13:30 - Finish\n\nAbout the Yin Yang yoga:\nThe class w
 ill include a slow and energising flow\, with standing and balancing postu
 res\, and yin\, where we’ll hold more restful poses for 3-5 minutes each.\
 n\nAbout the life drawing:\nDuring the 75-minute life drawing session\, st
 udents will be able to draw some of the postures they have just experience
 d. Hugo will offer tutoring for those who wish.\n\nWhat to bring?\nA yoga 
 mat: please let us know if you need one.\nRefreshments and art materials a
 re provided. We will be seated on the floor for the life drawing section.
