The best live band I’ve seen for a long time! So much energy in their musi
c made for a fantastic night of singing and dancing. Can’t wait to see the
m again. Great night lads\, well played." Marc Hanks\n\n"These guys were s
uperb. Circa79. 3 sets of late 70s and early 80s\, absolutely fu@ng brilli
ant. Thoroughly recommend seeing them. Great evening of music." Dave Moffa
 tt\n\n"Circa 79 isn’t just a cover band\, they’re a time machine. With a s
etlist that blasts through Punk\, Ska\, New Wave and early 80s Electro Pop
\, Circa channel the chaos and charisma of the original scene. From The Cl
ash to The Specials\, via The Jam and Talking Heads\, you are taken on a m
usical revisit of the late 70’s and early 80’s.\nThey’ve nailed the sound
and spirit\, their gigs are alive. Crowds of old punks\, rude boys\, mods
and goths pack out venues to skank\, stomp\, and singalong to Ant Music\,
Message in a Bottle\, and Swords of a Thousand Men\, with real gusto. It’s
  pure energy\, It’s loud\, It’s glorious.\nWhat sets Circa 79 apart is the
ir love for the era\, and the way they bring people together\, in a joyful
celebration of a time when music meant something." Jerry Lewis\n\n"We saw
this group at The Cavern in Raynes Park on 7th February. They are absolut
ely amazing. Definitely a must see." Sharon Francis\n\n"Finally saw you gu
ys at The Cavern Friday night and I have to say you were brilliant. Defini
tely coming to see you again and I will be bringing a good few people with
me." Terry Waters\n\n"Great night as always CIRCA79 especially the dancin
g and the drinking bit " Tony Skilton\n\n"What can I say - another brillia
nt evening and the venue was fab as well. See you guys soon" John Malet De
Carteret\n\n"Another fantastic weekend watching CIRCA79 @ The Nightingale
in Sutton and The Swan West Wickham. Both venues were packed and shout ou
t to the staff at both venues who kept the drinks flowing. Last night the
band delivered a rip roaring 3 set performance full of classic punk\, ska
and rock/pop numbers which electrified the crowd into singing and dancing
along with the thumping sounds from 4 talented musicians who not only perf
orm but entertain and interact with the crowd. Newbies and followers\, old
ish and youngish alike\, both enjoyed the night. Catch them where you can-
there's a loads of gigs coming up so pop down to a venue and support the
band." Henryk Mackiewicz\n\n"Amazing set - every part of my body hurts thi
s morning!!! It was a real party!" Fiona Martinly\n\n"Superbo!! Had a grea
t time\, you smashed it!" Liz Bonini\n\n"I caught the two CIRCA79 gigs thi
s weekend at The Nightingale and The Swan. This band is kicking it. Great
concept\, the music from the late 70’s to the early 80’s\, which has led t
o the band performing an eclectic set of music\, which is the soundtrack t
o my late teens.\nPlus on top of that their presentation\, use of social m
edia and being approachable to their audience. Yes\, Circa have created a
fun vibe\, a good night out\, but underpinned by a great set list.\nReally
looking forward to seeing more of their gigs very soon\, and making more
of my friends aware of CIRCA79." Jerry Lewis\n\n"Great gig\, well done Gen
ts\, I think everyone in da house enjoyed it." Grant Verrell\n\n"Cracking
gig! Thanks lads! 24000 steps dancing!" Colette Mason\n"I invited two of m
y band mates\, and they both agree with me\, Circa are the role models for
us. Kicking set\, an audience of our generation\, and a fun show\, where
the audience dance\, sing\, laugh and leave buzzing." Jerry Lewis\n\nwww.f
