 [If there are goalie switches].\n\nIf you do not show you will be a four g
 ame bann. Then second time you will be given a yellow and banned for one m
 onth. The third time you will be removed from the group.\n\nIf you will be
  late please notify me. You may not be no more than 20 minutes late. We wi
 ll begin at 6:30 AM. From 6:15 AM - 6:30 AM we will be warming up\, and gi
 ve time to those who are a little behind. If you come after 6:45 AM you wi
 ll forfeit your spot. NO EXCEPTIONS.\n\nRefunds will be offered if you RSV
