  Gym Practice!\n\nThis session follows a Japanese-style open gym format fo
 cused on skill development\, game preparation\, and plenty of touches on t
 he ball. Players should be comfortable with the fundamentals of volleyball
  and able to participate in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPractice plan:\n•
