 elcome as our guest.\n\nWhat happens at a Meeting?\nOur meetings follow a 
 structured\, interactive format:\n\nWelcome and Introduction\nThe meetings
  begin with a warm welcome from the Club President and the host (called To
 astmaster of the Evening). Then\, we do a short introduction round where e
 veryone - guests too - say a few words on the evening's topic.\nWord of th
 e Day\nA challenge that builds your language skills and sharpens your atte
 ntion to word choice. A special word is introduced and everyone is invited
  to use this word whenever they speak.\nTable Topics\nThis is an exciting 
 segment! Volunteers - guests too! - are invited to speak for 1-2 minutes o
 n a surprise question or topic. It's a great way to practice thinking on y
 our feet.\nShort Break of 10 minutes\nPrepared Speeches\nMembers deliver s
 peeches prepared ahead of time\, usually 5-7 minutes in length. Each speec
 h is a step in the Toastmasters learning pathway.\nEvaluations\nEvery spee
 ch will be thoughtfully evaluated by a designated Evaluator. These evaluat
 ions focus on strengths\, improvement tips\, and encouragement. It's a cru
 cial part of the Toastmasters experience.\nRole Reports\nThroughout the me
 eting\, members take on supportive roles that ensure the flow of the eveni
 ng and give everyone a chance to grow.\n\nBe our guest!\nThis meetup is op
 en to guests.\nToastmasters have a separate platform for the member regist
 ration. There are always 10+ people in the meeting.\nJoin us at 18:45 CET 
 for a casual Meet & Greet\;\nThe program starts sharp at 19:00 CET.\nAfter
  the meeting\, we often head to a nearby spot for food or drinks - a great
