 n\nGeneral guidelines: Dress accordingly. Have plenty of water. Sunscreen 
 on a sunny day. Stretch & warm up. We'll provide discs and cones.\n\nWeath
 er: Rain in New England is unpredictable. We will send out a final notice 
 one hour before start time if cancellation is necessary.\n\nRSVP: Very hel
 pful as this is how we contact you in case of game changes & cancellations
 .\n\nAbout: Playing Ultimate is all about good sportsmanship\, respect\, a
 nd gracefulness on the field. Fun & having a good time is a must above any
 thing else. It's an easy game to pick up & we keep the rules minimal. No z
 ones\, no stall count\, no scores\, and players self-officiate on the fiel
 d. Open to all levels of players. Beginners welcome.\n\nWarning: Excessive
  fun & camaraderie developed from playing Ultimate may become addicting.\n
