 ットはこちらで貸し出すこともできるので、ぜび一緒に運動を楽しみましょう！\nこちらのイベントは月1回のペースで行っており、リピーター7割、新規3割ぐ
 らいの割合で毎回参加いただいています。\n\n【日時】\n2026年8月16(日) 18:00～21:00\n※着替えてから体育室に直接お越しくださ
 い。\n※体育室、更衣室は主催が17:30に受付後、鍵を入手してから開放します。\n21時半までに鍵の返却が必要のため、実際の活動は21:00頃まで
 となります。\n※17時半過ぎから受付、入場は可能で18時までは自由に練習可能です。18時過ぎに一度全体集合いたします。\n\n【場所】\nIKE

 】\n30名\n\n【持ち物】\n着替え、靴、タオル\n※運動靴でなくても構いませんが、当日外で履いてきた靴とは違う綺麗な靴を用意してください。\n
 服装も動きやすい運動着でお越しください。(ジーパンなど、動きにくい格好はご遠慮ください。靴かない場合、運動着でない場合は参加をお断りする場合もござい
 ます。)\n\n【参加方法】\n参加希望の方は気軽に「参加」ボタンを押してください。\n\n【その他】\n・駐車場は１団体１つの利用となっているため
 、当施設の駐車場は使用できません。\n・活動中の怪我などは主催者側は責任は取りません。各自しっかり準備体操をしてご参加ください。\n・体育室にあるボ
 ルダリングも利用可能です。利用の前には主催者に声をかけてください。\n・卓球台の設置、片付けにご協力お願いします。\n・体育室の壁を使って壁打ちをす
 るなどの行為は周りに迷惑になるので、しないでください。\n・初対面の方、初心者の方にむやみに強打して打ち込みするような行為はしないでください。（他の
