 ticipation Agreement\nThis Event Participation Agreement ("Agreement") is 
 entered into by and between Maggie Dickens\, owner of the Unapologetically
  Childfree Community ("UCC")\, and the participant ("Participant"). By sig
 ning below and/or attending the event\, the Participant agrees to the foll
 owing terms and conditions:\n1. Disclaimer of Affiliation and Liability\n1
 .1 No Affiliation with Third-Party Vendors: The UCC has no business relati
 onship or affiliation with any other third-party vendor that may be involv
 ed in the event. Participation in any activities provided by third-party v
 endors is at the Participant's own discretion and risk.\n1.2 No Financial 
 Remuneration: No member of the Unapologetically Childfree Team currently r
 eceives any financial remuneration from third-party vendors. This is subje
 ct to change without warning or notice.\n1.3 Waiver of Liability:The Parti
 cipant agrees to waive any and all liability and hold Maggie Dickens and t
 he UCC harmless from any and all claims\, actions\, damages\, costs\, or e
 xpenses that may arise from the Participant's involvement in any activitie
 s associated with the event\, including but not limited to physical injuri
 es\, property damage\, or financial loss.\n2. Voluntary Participation and 
 Assumption of Risk\n2.1 Voluntary Participation: Participation in this eve
 nt is entirely voluntary. By attending\, the Participant acknowledges and 
 accepts that they are participating at their own risk.\n2.2 Assumption of 
 Risk: The Participant assumes all risks associated with attending the even
 t\, joining the group WhatsApp chat\, or engaging in the UCC community\, i
 ncluding but not limited to risks of physical injury\, property damage\, o
 r financial loss.\n3. Photography and Marketing Consent\n3.1 Photography a
 nd Video Recording: The Participant acknowledges and consents to the possi
 bility of being photographed or video recorded during the event. These pho
 tographs and videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by 
 the UCC.\n3.2 Use of Likeness: The Participant grants the UCC and Maggie D
 ickens the irrevocable right to use their likeness\, image\, and appearanc
 e as part of any marketing or promotional activities\, without any compens
 ation to the Participant.\n3.3 Marketing Consent: By attending the event a
 nd joining the WhatsApp group\, the Participant acknowledges and consents 
 to receive and participate in marketing initiatives for the UCC.\n4. Gener
 al Provisions\n4.1 No Charge for Events: While Ms. Dickens will make every
  effort to ensure that these events remain free of charge and will refrain
  from charging or receiving income from hosting these events\, the Partici
 pant acknowledges that any expenses incurred are their own responsibility.
 \n4.2 Modification of Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agr
 eement between the parties and may only be modified in writing signed by b
 oth parties.\n4.3 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and c
 onstrued in accordance with the law.
