 ting list for players to put their names on. Once a spot becomes available
 \, i.e. another member cancels\, the first person on the waiting list will
  be added to RSVP automatically. As such\, the person will be sent an auto
 mated email confirming so. For those who do not wish to be added automatic
 ally perhaps they have other events planned\, please remove your name from
  the waiting list.\n\nLate Cancellations Penalty:\nCancel after 24 hours b
 efore the event\, ie 2pm on Friday. £7 fee will be added on the next visit
 .\n\nNo Show Fees:\nFull fee £14 will be added to the profile on the next 
 visit.\n\nWe are private individuals getting together to play for fun\, th
 erefore we accept no liability for any loss or injury\, however sustained\
 , while taking part in club activities. If you want to cover yourself agai
 nst injury to yourself or others\, please make sure you have the appropria
 te insurance.\n\nIn the interest of health and safety\, proper footwear is
  a must in this club which means no casual footwear and no barefoot on the
