 d aside.\n\nWhen they go badly\, often it's because we waited too long to 
 speak or said things in a way that made things worse.\n\nBut avoidance has
  a cost. Issues remain unresolved. Trust weakens. Decisions stall.\n\nThis
  workshop is not about forcing yourself into every difficult conversation.
  It is about learning how to decide when\, why and how to work thru them s
