  people going\n\nThe bobo banana - is an out and back ride from Mount Cola
 h Station through the iconic Kuringai National Park\, Bobbin Head.\n\nIt i
 s a technical ride involving long downhill sections and sharp corners. You
  need to be on your game to ride it\, ao please if you are just gaining co
 nfidence on a bike this one is not for you.\n\nThere are coffee choices\, 
 the Bobbin Head cafe at the bottom of the hill with gorgeous views across 
 Cowan Creek\, or one at the village centre of Turramurra. This ride has 2 
 long climbs of about 3km at average 5% - bring your climbing legs.\n\nThe 
 technical nature of the ride means your bike needs to have good all workin
 g parts\, tyres\, brakes\, and working phone. there are few bail points on
 ce into the park.\n\nPace will be controlled - no olympic downhill speeds\
 , the idea is to enjoy the scenery nature and arrive at Mt Colah station o
 n the return all in one piece. We ride only as fast as the slowest rider..
 \n\nPlease look at the map and decide if this ride is for you. It is one o
 f my favourites\, but a challenge.\n\nThere is water at the Kalkari visito
 r centre and at the village.\n\nThe road is sometimes busy on the weekend\
 , people often tow their boats to the AppleTree bay boat ramp early in the
  morning. You can usually hear traffic well before they are close by becau
 se the only other sound in the park is nature.\n\nTransport to Mt Colah - 
 Platfom 16 from Central the T1 line 07:15 gets to Mt Colah at about 8:15. 
 meeting on the non highway side\, there is a car turning circle which is v
 isible from the Station pedestrian bridge.\n\nReturn ( the banana shaped r
 ide ) is back to town from Mt Colah trains run every half an hour.
