SUMMARY:AI vs AI: HR & Hiring
DESCRIPTION:Saved in Palaner as: saved\n\nPalaner match: 38% · why: lots of
people going\n\nSummary:\nWhat happens when job candidates use AI bots to
find jobs\, write resumes\, prepare for interviews\, and even submit appl
ications automatically—while employers simultaneously deploy AI bots to sc
reen candidates\, conduct interviews\, rank applicants\, and make hiring r
ecommendations?\nWe are rapidly entering a world where the first interacti
on between employer and candidate may not involve a human being at all.\nT
his provocative presentation explores the emerging collision between artif
icial intelligence\, employment practices\, and the legal system itself. D
rawing on a remarkable real-world experience report involving AI-driven in
teractions\, we will examine how AI is reshaping every stage of the employ
ment lifecycle—from job hunting and candidate screening to dispute resolut
ion and litigation.\nAmong the topics we will explore:\nThe rise of AI-pow
ered job seekers and autonomous career agents\nAI-driven candidate screeni
ng\, interviewing\, and hiring decisions\nThe growing "AI vs. AI" hiring e
cosystem\, where bots increasingly interact with other bots before humans
 become involved\nTransparency\, fairness\, bias\, explainability\, and acc
ountability challenges in AI-assisted employment decisions\nThe surprising
ly low barriers to initiating lawsuits in the digital era and the growing
phenomenon of nuisance and troll litigation\nHow generative AI is transfor
ming legal research\, case preparation\, evidence analysis\, and litigatio
 n strategy\nThe future of AI-generated claims\, AI-generated defenses\, an
d AI-assisted legal proceedings\nThe broader societal implications when al
gorithms participate in both hiring decisions and legal disputes arising f
rom those decisions\nAs AI adoption accelerates\, organizations face a dif
ficult balancing act: leveraging automation for efficiency while navigatin
g unprecedented legal\, ethical\, and regulatory risks. At the same time\,
candidates must learn how to compete—and sometimes collaborate—with incre
asingly sophisticated AI systems that influence employment outcomes. Recen
t reporting shows that AI interviews\, AI recruiters\, and AI screening sy
stems are rapidly moving from experimentation into mainstream hiring pract
ice.\nThis session will feature a distinguished panel of two highly experi
enced attorneys whose collective expertise spans artificial intelligence\,
intellectual property\, employment law\, HR technology\, and the legal im
plications of AI-enabled workforce management. Together\, they will provid
e practical insights into the opportunities\, risks\, and emerging legal p
 recedents that organizations\, HR leaders\, technologists\, attorneys\, an
d job seekers need to understand.\nThe future may not be human versus mach
ine.\nIt may be AI versus AI—with humans left to determine the rules.\n\nB
