  people going\n\nSutton Place Park is beautiful\, quiet\, and out-of-the-w
 ay. It has gorgeous views\, but it's been 5 years since the group last vis
 ited\, so let's get together and draw it!\n\nWe'll meet at the entrance to
  the park at 57th Street and Sutton Place. Be careful not to accidentally 
 go to the other part of the park\, several blocks lower.\n\nAny problems o
 n the day of the event\, I can be reached at 646-831-9816.\n\nLooking forw
 ard to sketching with you!\n\n\n\nIMPORTANT: In case of rain\, I will let 
 people know early in the morning if it is canceled\, and then reschedule f
 or another day.\n\n\n\nWhat makes our Meetups different from other art gro
 ups and classes? There's no instruction\, but we like to share our work\, 
 and chat and be inspired. Share tips and learn from people in a casual env
 ironment where all levels of artists are welcome! Don't be shy to ask anyo
 ne anything!\n\nWe sketch for a bit\, usually 45 minutes or so\, and then 
 get back together and share our drawings\, and then sketch again\, etc. Th
 ere's usually time for 3 sketches.\n\nPlease bring your own supplies - any
 thing you like to work with - pens\, pencil\, watercolor\, pastel\, small 
 sketchbook or large paper\, iPad\, whatever suits you.\n\nWe hand out name
 tags so everyone can meet one another!\n\nWe take photos to share on the s
 ite later. Take a bunch!\n\nSorry\, but please leave the dogs at home\; th
 ey tend to step on the artwork. Thanks.\n\nThe Meetup is FREE and everyone
