Come join us to workshop your writing (English only) and to discuss the work other members have posted.\n\nEach work is discussed for a maximum of fifteen minutes while the writer has the opport unity to listen with an open mind and hopefully learn something of value. Fiction\, poetry and other genres all welcome.\n\nPlease do not share any of these manuscripts outside our group without permission from the writer. \n\nIf this is your first time attending a meeting\, please do not submit. \n\nBOOK SWAP: We are trying something new: a book swap. If you wish to pa rticipate\, bring at least one book that you can recommend to the group bu t no longer want to give space for on your own shelves. Be prepared to tak e home a book from another member.\n\nDEADLINES: To submit your work for c ritiquing during the monthly meeting\, please post a file in the month's G oogle Drive folder by the Wednesday before the meeting\, midnight (if unde r 4\,000 words) or by the second Saturday of the month\, midnight (up to 7 500 words of prose or 60 lines of poetry). Be sure to include your name an d email on the manuscript and use standard manuscript format. Number the p ages. We discuss the first ten manuscripts posted in order of submission. Once there are 10 manuscripts\, latecomers will be removed from the folder .\n\nPlease post your file from the first of the month (e.g. Jan 1st\, 00: 01 onward).\n\nIf you submitted last month\, please wait till the third (e .g.
