  people going\n\nJoin us at the Van Gogh House London for a guided tour at
  3.30pm of the residence of a young Van Gogh from 1873-4.\n\n87 Hackford R
 oad is a Grade II listed building that has been renovated and conserved by
  the Wang family.\nBuilt in the 1820s\, by 2012 the property had fallen in
 to a state of disrepair. Bordering on dereliction\, the building was purch
 ased at auction by James Wang and Alice Childs\, who saw the potential to 
 bring this cultural landmark back to life.\nConservation works took place 
 over the next 7 years\, guided by an ambition to save as much existing mat
 erial as possible\, and making sensitive repairs where necessary. It was i
 mportant for the house to remain first and foremost a dwelling – and not a
  museum\, allowing it to remain in practical use as a home as well as a ve
 nue for artist residencies and exhibitions. Read more about the renovation

 utes and is open the public who we will be competing with to buy tickets!)

 ket: £15 (plus VAT- £18)\nConcessions - student / Friends of VGH - £13.50 
 (plus VAT)\n\nWe have a limit to be 10 people for pre booking this tour\, 
 but please do let me know if they have sold out when you’re booking. (We a
 re likely to be able to add 3 extra tickets last minute - so if you are a 
 long term member who can't confirm yet\, please send me a DM the week befo
