 st-paced team sport originally inspired by Swedish "ringboll." It’s often 
 described as a mix between basketball and netball\, but with a unique twis
 t: it is the world's only dedicated mixed-gender team sport.\n\nGender-Equ
 al:\nTeams consist of 2 men and 2 women.\n\nTrue Teamwork:\nYou can’t drib
 ble or run with the ball—you have to pass to move!\n\nAll-Around Skills:\n
 Every two goals\, attackers and defenders switch roles\, so everyone gets 
 to shoot and defend.\n\nNon-Contact:\nIt’s a tactical game focused on spee
 d\, positioning\, and cooperation.\n\nWho can join?\nEveryone! Whether you
  are a total beginner who has never heard of a "korf" or an experienced at
 hlete looking for a new challenge\, you are welcome. We speak both Swedish
