 g in a supportive\, distraction-free environment. There is no pressure to 
 share your work\, everyone writes independently\, at their own pace.\n\nWh

 b a drink\, find a comfortable spot\, and get your writing materials ready
 . This is also a great opportunity to introduce yourself and meet the othe
 r attendees.\n\nWelcome & Goal Setting\nWe'll begin with a brief welcome a
 nd introductions before everyone sets a writing goal for the session.\n\nF
 ocused Writing\nWe'll then begin our timed\, quiet writing session\, givin
 g everyone uninterrupted time to focus and make meaningful progress.\n\nCo
 nnect Afterwards\nAt the end of the session\, you're welcome to stay for a
 n informal chat. We often celebrate progress\, discuss writing challenges\
 , exchange ideas\, and support one another. If you need to head off straig
 ht after the writing session\, that's absolutely fine.\n\nSupporting Our V
 enue\nWe're very grateful to Kiosk GQ for generously providing their space
  free of charge for our Shut Up & Write sessions.\nTo help support the ven
 ue\, we kindly ask that everyone purchases at least one drink or item from
  the café during the session. We also ask that you do not bring or consume
