  a fun way to get some exercise and meet new friends. We learn the names o
 f the basic movements and then do them on the fly to the instructions of a
  live caller. It's like an adult game of Simon Says with a team of 8 peopl
 e all going in different directions\, in time to a variety of music. You d
 on't have to be a dancer\; you just have to follow directions and walk in 
 patterns.\n\nNo experience required. No dance skill required. Come on your
  own or with a partner. Our friendly club members will help you through th
 e whole process!\n\nCasual dress. Comfortable shoes with soles that aren't
