 Klein Kinderbad and will move shortly after 10:00 to a nearby practice spo
 t: please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals may not be able to joi
 n once the session has begun.\n\nWe will begin by practising the forms of 
 Shaolin Ba Duan Jin qigong.\n\nAt the start\, you might find it easier to 
 just learn the form\, though I will also offer some pointers to support yo
 u in going deeper in the practice. When practised with awareness\, the mov
 ements go beyond stretching\, and you may begin to feel the movement of qi
  within the body.\n\nAfter going through the forms\, which are the foundat
 ion of the practice\, we will move to various exercises\, with a focus on 
 directly sensing and working with etheric energy.\n\n⸻\n\n✅ Meeting Point

 ce in a field close to the Klein Kinderbad — please check the Google Maps
