  weather while we have it!\n\nThis summer WIMDI is meeting up for mid-work
 day picnic lunches!\n\nBring your lunch and meet us on the North Stairs of
  Robson Square (the Art Gallery side). We'll eat together and network\, ta
 lk\, and share strategies with other women who understand what it's like t
 o work in male-dominated industries. Heck\, we'll even do a round of our f
 amous WIMDIasks to help connect you with resources that will help your car
 eer!\n\nHere's the plan:\n\n1. Grab your homemade lunch from the fridge at
  work or your favorite food truck.\n2. Meet by the steps on the North side
  of Robson Square.\n3. Meet some cool women and non-binary folks and chat 
 about our work lives.\n4. Exchange cards\, phone numbers\, emails\, and Li
 nkedIn connection requests with an amazing group of people who get what yo

 id Precautions:\n\nThis in-person event is being held outdoors to reduce r
 isk for our covid-cautious\, and immunocompromised members.\nMasking is en
 couraged for any WIMDI members who prefer to wear them for their own safet

 e alone! WIMDI’s founder Holly is committed to wearing a mask with any WIM

 es:\n\nGender:\nAll WIMDI Art Gallery Lunches are restricted to those who 
 do not currently identify as cisgender men. These events have limited atte
 ndance and often involve personal discussion\, debate\, and advice specifi
 c to dynamics underrepresented minorities in these industries experience. 
 We are happy for cisgender men to learn and participate in WIMDI conversat
 ion at most of our other events\, but we reserve the Art Gallery Lunch as 
 a space for women\\\\ to connect with each other freely and openly.\n\n\\\
 \WIMDI uses an inclusive definition of women that means "people who are in
  a gender minority in their field". This includes trans individuals\, gend
 erqueer\, agender\, intersex\, two spirit\, and non-binary folks. If you a
 re not sure if you are included\, please err on the side of attending our
